I am a marketer with a focus on understanding real people and helping brands make wise choices.  

I’ve spent the past 15 years in insights and strategy in the alcohol beverage world, helping whiskey and tequila brands innovate, renovate, and stand out in a meaningful way to real people. I’ve written and programmed surveys and discussion guides for more than a decade. My goal is always to build practical research that’s easy to understand, and helps make the research engaging, simple, and easy to act on.

When I’m not conducting research or consulting on brand strategy you might find me: listening to podcasts and audiobooks (with Libby; 404 Media, Hardcore History, Open to Debate, Very Bad Wizards), playing games (Settlers of Catan, Carcassonne), or spending time outdoors (camping, hiking, fishing).

I'm a marketer and strategist at heart, with 15 years of experience driving growth through consumer insights, innovation, and strategy. My career has spanned CPG, food service, and alcohol—industries where understanding the consumer is key and bold ideas make all the difference. I thrive on turning insights into action, and I’m especially passionate about innovation and ideation—whether it’s crafting new products, shaping brand strategy, or unlocking white space opportunities.

Outside of work, I recharge through dancing, playing volleyball, and diving into strategy games—anything that keeps me moving and thinking creatively.
